Miguel Colom Mena
Principal / Co-Founder
Mr. Colom, Nagnoi, LLC co-founder, has over 20 years of experience consulting Fortune 500 corporations from a wide variety of industries such as Healthcare, Education, and Government. He also has extensive experience envisioning, managing and leading Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence projects for various industry segments, especially Health Insurance.
Mr. Colom holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Penn State University, Pennsylvania, USA.
Rodolfo Velasco
Healthcare Solutions Manager
Mr. Velasco has over 10 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry across various business areas and segments including Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial. As a Stars Rating Director in a Medicare Advantage (MA) organization managing more than 170,000 MA lives, Rodolfo lead a multi-disciplinary team in developing business strategies and action plans which lead to improved Quality Ratings consistently during his tenure.
Velasco holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Studies from Indiana University, IN. He also earned an MBA in Health Sector Management and Policy from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL, graduating with Academic Excellence.
Alan Koo
Product Manager & Lead Technical Architect
Mr. Koo is a Microsoft Certified Professional with more than 15 years of experience
architecting data warehouse and business intelligence solutions for a wide variety of industries, especially Healthcare. Awarded as Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for 6 years, a worldwide recognition for outstanding technical professionals and thought leaders for his contributions in topics around SQL Server and Business Intelligence.
Koo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from the Private University of the North, Trujillo, Peru. He also has post graduate studies in marketing.
David Ruiz
Business Development Manager
With over 25 years of experience in sales, Mr. Ruiz has been consistently over achieving his personal and business goals, breaking sales quotas and establishing new records. Over the years he has won various recognitions such as: Xerox Gold, Silver President Club Awards, the Microsoft Circle of Excellence Award- awarded to the top five countries in the category of Year over Year Country Growth- among others.
Ruiz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez campus.
Ana Mata
Manager
Ms. Mata has over 20 years of consulting experience implementing and managing large engagements, mainly in the Public Sector Industry. While in Nagnoi, Ana has been focused on leading Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Business Process Automation projects. She also provides quality assurance to clients’ deliverables and helps develop the consulting practice.
Mata holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from The Metropolitan University, Caracas, Venezuela. In 2013, was selected as Top 40 Under 40 by Caribbean Business Magazine.
Nestor V. Figueroa
Principal / Co-Founder
Over 20 years of experience building Data Analytics solutions for Fortune 500 corporations from a wide variety of industries such as Healthcare, Education, and Government. Worked for nearly a decade as Principal Consultant in the iAnalytics Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York, USA. In 2010 received the distinction of Top 40 Under 40 by Caribbean Business Magazine, and in 2012 was the recipient of The Fellowship for Entrepreneurial and Innovation Studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Kaitlin Olsen
